Business Analyst

Looking for a Senior Business Analyst for the Network Planning and Operations group at Telecommunications company in Herndon. Need to have understanding of how networks run and how they work, and how NOC’s function to document business flow. MUST HAVE experience documenting flow/business processes, testing, and user requirements. MUST HAVE telecom background.
